I woke with a swollen armpit / lymph node on my right arm. i've noticed its been tender for a while but it just now became hard. what is this?

See a Dr: Likely to have lymph node enlargement there. Even though some benign diseases like hidradenitis suppurativa or other affect that area, cancer is a concern either lymphomas, hodgkin, even fron chest, breast, lung.
