R/O HIRADENITIS: It may be HIRADENITIS Supporitiva , a type of folliculitis is that can occur in the groin or armpit region. You need to be examined to make sure it is not an enlarged lymph node. Also lab work and potentially an ultrasound of the area. Your doctor may prescribe both topical and oral antibiotics. If it doesn't resolve referral to a surgeon maybe needed.
