Does inappropriate sinus tachycardia / mild pots usually get better over time.. Some docs say it's IST one says mild pots have had for almost 3 years?
I'm 22year old female. I had my echo and ecg done due to shortness of breath on exertion and high heart rate. Ecg shows sinus tachycardia(HR 129bpm). Echo are all normal except mild MR, mild TR/mild PAH with RVSP 45mmhg. Is mild PAH causing symptoms?
I get frequent PACs with raise in HR (exercise/sex). BP normal. Resting HR in 60's. Echo/EKG clear. Holter/30 day monitor show NSR w/ skipped beats. Some sinus tachycardia. No PACs before last year. Frequency gets worse as HR increases. Ideas?
