NO: 2-3liters of water must bi imbibed by adults. Soda is not healthy because of the amount of sugar in it. 1-2 cups of coffee is ok but dehydrates you.

H2o is life: Dear WBarry, The majority of the human body consists of water. Soda and coffee does have water in it but it also has other elements that can be harmful to the body (i.e. corn syrup, sugar, caffeine) in high doses. Highly recommend to switch out soda for water, can be fruit infused or tea if you prefer the flavor.
