Hit on the head: No, 48 hrs after a hit to your head, you don't really need to worry about brain bleeds any more. Change in vision, nausea/vomiting, dizziness and worsening headache are all things to seek care for if they develop. However, any hit to the head raises concern for mild concussion which can linger. So, if you have any trouble with sleep, agitation, ongoing headache, fatigue, get some help.
