I don't know if it's allergies or not... i'm not sick, don't feel like it either. ive blown my nose & spat but i have to spit again 2 secs after. why?

Probably: This may be from hay fever (allergic rhinitis) especially if the symptoms are seasonal (eg spring and/or fall). However without knowing how long you have had these symptoms , whether you have other symptoms of allergic diseases (itchy eyes, sneezing, nasal obstruction, asthma etc) and any family history of allergies, it is not possible to give you a good answer.
