We trying for baby. i'm currently on my period, i had a exam today by a doctor & said my cervix is closed. how can this be when i'm on day 2 of period

Thats normal: Your cervix only opens a millimeter or so to allow blood to be expelled from the uterus. It doesnt have to be grossly open.
It's a normal finding to have a closed cervix. Dont worry about that. Once you have a few kids, it will remain open grossly.

Your cervix: is always closed unless you are miscarrying or delivering a baby. That is normal that it remain closed.
