Pregnancy symptoms: If you period fails to come in 2 weeks again, do another pregnancy test. There is a chance the first one was falsely negative. If still negative, the next probably explanation - anovulation (absent ovulation). Your doc may start you on a hormone challenge to jump start your period or if suspicion warrants, further work up will be considered.
