Don't ask why: Acne needs to be managed. Nobody ever realy figures out why one person gets is and another doesn't. A good anti-bacterial wash (we used to use PhisoHex) can help prevent infected hairs in the pubic area. Cystic acne is extremely serious and usually requires isotretinoin. She needs to use benzoyl peroxide and get with her physician as she'll also need prescription Rx. Thanks for asking for her
