I can hear breathing in my right ear that's not my own. i haven't been sick and it doesn't hurt at all. is there a medical explanation or am i crazy?

Hearing anomaly : There could very well be a Medical explanation for one sided hearing issue. This needs to be examined and evaluated in a doctors office, so that treatment can be started sooner. Assuming something is mental without an evaluation can delay proper diagnosis and healing.
