Inflammation: Likely residual inflammation from infection from a virus or inflammation from a heavy allergen load that has persistently irritated the inner ear area. Consider seeing your health care provider if it persists and possibly try over the counter allergy meds for now.

Eustachian Tube: It is possible you have eustachian tube dysfunction. That can be caused by alllergies sinus infections colds or even travel on planes or at altitude. See your physician for possible treatment.
