Eustachian tube: Studies show that a sense of aural fullness usually indicates a Eustachian tube blockage, infection, or dysfunction. You need a full exam to rule out otitis externa, acute otitis media and tonsillitis/strep throat (do you have pain?), audiology for any hearing loss. Empiric augmentin and prednisone usually does the job. See ENT if no improvement. Last menstrual? Get all your info and see MD.
