Diahrrea for years??: That sounds unbelievable as stated. It sounds like you are exaggerating a bit too much. Go to a good gastroenterologist and give a good detailed history of yourself and get a thorough physical and laboratory exam. Thee are myriad possibilities but all good medicine starts with a detailed history and physical before any lab work!

The process of: defecation is controlled by bowel nerve reflexes. Some are in the lower colon and are stimulated by stretch from feces in the colon. Others are higher up in the stomach/small intestine: the gastrocolic/duodenocolic reflexes--triggered by stretching of the stomach/duodenum. Overactivity of the gastrocolic reflex seems to be your problem. Why? Irritable bowel, Dumping Syndrome, etc.See GI specialist
