Sleeping: Don't eat for two hours before going to bed. Avoid caffeine after two pm. Don't exercise just before bedtime. Don't nap in the afternoon. If these measures don't help, try taking some melatonin at bedtime for only a short term. For further advice consult your family physician who may refer you to a sleep disorder specialist or for stress management therapy if sleeping problems continue.
