I would be most interested in an evaluation by a neurologist as nerve impingement or superficial nerve branch inflammation are possibilities here. I assume the angioCT is to check intracranial circulatory pathology. Has an MRI of the neck vertebrae been recommended as part of the workup? Has carpal tunnel pathology been considered to explain hand,finger symptoms?
