Start with visit : An obgyn will see you in the office. They will take a careful history to try and understand what's going on. Then they will do an exam and testing. They may consider an ultrasound. After collecting all this data they will formulate a plan of care based on findings. We can not guess the likelihood of surgical intervention without all the information
