Evaluate and treat: Hopefully, your GYN MD will evaluate your pain and pelvic structures by examination(not just a CT scan) with laparoscopy and treat and provide pain relief for whatever the problem seems to be. If that is not in the offing from the GYN then get a 2nd opinion.
