I have had severe right pelvic pain for 2 weeks ct was normal i am vomiting and cant take it any more what is my gyn likly to do for me i have pcos?

Evaluate and treat: Hopefully, your GYN MD will evaluate your pain and pelvic structures by examination(not just a CT scan) with laparoscopy and treat and provide pain relief for whatever the problem seems to be. If that is not in the offing from the GYN then get a 2nd opinion.
