What are the ethical challenges of the inplementstion of the affordable care act?

For one thing, if: a person doesn't qualify for subsidies and can afford only the minimum plan, there are still substantial out-of-pocket costs. The monthly premium for minimal coverage may be prohibitive as well. What I find unethical is that proponents tout it as "affordable healthcare" when, in fact, for many people it's NOT affordable. The ACA doesn't address the high cost of medical care per se in the U.S.

2 Big Problems: 1st: It does not ↓ costs; it drives up costs ↑. 2nd: The medical industry=primarily about partially treating symptoms of advanced disease/failure, not health. Thus the Affordable Care Act=neither more affordable nor about health. Who benefits? ↑ $ Medicaid, many politicians & many bureaucrats.
