In reference to?: From your description not sure if you are discussing an implant or graft. A little gum recession is normal with both, as is sutures getting loose. To insure success, follow all post treatment directions, finish all Rxs as indicated, treat the surgical site with extreme care, don't eat anything like toast, chips, etc and call your surgeon if anything seems abnormal or becomes painful.
