I am on day seven of healing and the sutures have begun coming out on their own. the gum line has receded a bit as well. how can i prevent failure?

In reference to?: From your description not sure if you are discussing an implant or graft. A little gum recession is normal with both, as is sutures getting loose. To insure success, follow all post treatment directions, finish all Rxs as indicated, treat the surgical site with extreme care, don't eat anything like toast, chips, etc and call your surgeon if anything seems abnormal or becomes painful.
