3 wks from LMP, No: If you are 3 weeks from your lmp(last menstrual period) then, no. If you are 3 weeks past your expected period, maybe since the gestational sac is not yet quite formed.

No: A transvaginal ultrasound would probably detect an ultrasound around 5 weeks. This is assuming you did ivf and the exact date of conception is known.
