See your doctor: You may just have anxiety or other benign reasons for your blood pressure to rise and crash, or something more serious (and much more rare!) like pheochromocytoma. The only way to check is with a detailed history and exam, with labs.

Question?: I'm not sure what the question is, but blood pressure (BP) can rise and fall by the minute. It is quite normal to see a 30 'point' variation in the upper number (systolic blood pressure) throughout a normal day.
