I haven't slept in a year since my last schizophrenia episode. trazodone doesn't work. and even when i work all day i still can't fall asleep. it is raising my blood pressure. i can't shut down. why can't i sleep at all?

Sleep Study?: Have you had a sleep medicine consultation. Sometimes a sleep study (polysomnogram) is required to determine the cause for your sleep pattern.
