Is sore on top of my leg that is sore, burns, and oozing, quarter sized, but 2" in diameter firm to touch. is it related to stomach hurting and bloating with knot above belly button, also hurts after passing stool and hurts after i eat?

The sore on the top of your leg sounds like it needs to be evaluated by a doctor as it may be an infection that needs antibiotics in order for it to resolve. It is unclear whether that potential infection is related to your other symptoms but if the other symptoms do not resolve once the sore is treated, then see a GI doctor. Good luck!
