Probably Not: Glands swell from infection. Stress and clenching are not infections.

No: If you have swollen glands in your neck you have a head or neck infection. You need to see dentist about your bruxism, and to be checked for tooth or gum infection. You need to see physician to be checked for ear/throat infection. Stress, clenching, grinding, are not infections but need to be treated.
