One thing you don't: mention is whether your palms/soles become red/painful. The most important thing to exclude is erythromelalgia which is caused by a genetic mutation of ion channels. Secondary erythromyelalgia may be caused by small fiber peripheral neuropathy, polycythemia vera, thrombocytosis, or even mushroom or mercury poisoning. This is RARE and needs evaluation by a specialist/Neurologist. Good wishes:)

Depends...: Many patients will have increased temperature on the soles of their feet among other symptoms that can be related to increased vascular blood flow. Nerve parasthesias can also cause this. A thorough history and physical virtually or in person will likely be able to pinpoint the cause and treatment plan!
