Eczema: If the eczema is the real problem, then antibiotics and metro gel won't work. You will need treatment for that instead or in addition to the roaches treatment.

Trust the biopsy: If your age here is correct at 24, rosacea is not that common yet..More as people get older--though intermittent flushing may start out in teen yrs. Oral antibiotic is not commonly used for rosacea either. Anyhow, you have biopsy result now and i would go with that. I would advise re-consulting doc or get a second opinion for your trouble. There are decent treatments available. Good luck.
