Please repost: Your post presents problems. Why should hot hands cause your temp to go up? Skin warmth is caused by dilation of skin capillaries allowing heat to be conducted from your body to the air. This should make your temp go DOWN, not up. What IS your actual body temp? You need to measure it with a thermometer in the AM, late afternoon, at bedtime, & when your hands get hot, daily for at least a week.
