A member asked:

Beginning last year i pass out, in the first incident i urinated. after ruling out many likely causes, i had a 3 day eeg/ekg, the only abnormalities have been wild heart rate. have diagnosis of dysautonomia-ncs. why did i wet myself that first time?

When a person goes to sleep several physiologic functions Including urination will become Autónomos which means getting yout of control. Hence the bladder could empty itself without any control from the patient. This phenomenon could become more severe with dysautonomia.

Cannot completely exclude seizure activity last year with urinary incontinence, but if this was the sole episode, and your studies have been non-diagnostic, no need to implicate a future risk of epilepsy. If you do have future episodes of altered consciousness, this changes the equation.
