Sabja/Tukmaria seeds: Sabja/Tukmaria is referred to as an Asian super food - similar to chia seeds. They are high in fiber and can promote bowel movements and are used to "detoxify" the body. They are the seeds of the sweet basil plant There are a lot of claims of what they can do - I think they would be safe to try - in limited quantities BUT NOT at the expense of seeking a physician's care.

Sabja/Tukmaria Seeds: Hello and Welcome to HealthTap, There is not much data showing it's strengths and weakness. Historically it has been used for weight loss, hair strength, improving skin texture, constipation and for its cooling effect. The amount used for different reasons varies and depends why you want to use it. There are no set guidelines as to how much you should eat or how much is safe. Thank you!
