Tongue infection: what you are describing could be a localized infection or area of trauma to the tongue. You have not told us for how long this has been present, nor if it has changed at all in the past several days?? Best to have a physician or dentist examine your tongue to determine what is there and then to set up a treatment plan if necessary.
