Unidentified lesions need to be investigated. These issues are not DIY home surgery. You really need to be evaluated by an oral surgeon to determine what that lump is and if it needs to be removed.

You probably have a fibroma or papilloma that is not cancerous and needs to be excised by a dentist or oral surgeon, not you at home.
