Will the ct contrast from multiple ct scans start to affect my kidneys?

No.: The nephrotoxic effect of contrast is dose related, and does not accumulate over time. Multiple CTs would only make a difference if you had them within a very short time frame, for example if you had several contrast enhanced scans on the same day or over the course of a few days.
