I went for a pap smear and they found a polyp. are they painful to get removed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Polyp: Removal of cervical polyps are, in general, painless to remove in the office with no anesthesia required. I have removed many of these without the patient noticing. No worse than a Pap smear. Relax. DrG
