ENT: You need to see the ear-nose-throat doctor immediately. Benign conditions would be that you are producing copious cerumen (ear wax) that is runny/clearish because it has less fat/cholesterol. But go to the ENT to make sure you haven't ruptured your ear drum and have a different type of fluid draining.
