Why are you: taking TMP-SMZ? your symptoms might be due to infection or to side effects from drug. Maybe you need a different antibiotic.

Dizziness, ear ringing, headache, noise sensitivity, and full on vertigo when laying down normal 4 days after falling and hitting head? Saw bright light at time of impact, could not move head without extreme vertigo for several hours afterwards.
I had two episodes of sudden dizziness with light vertigo and severe nausea and vomiting which last only several hours. No other symptoms. Head CT and MRI was negative. Now 8 weeks passed, still have some lightheadedness. What is possible diagnosis?
