A member asked:

What causes dizziness 24/7, tachycardia, and tight cranial muscles (feels like my head is being squeezed odd i know)? i have seen my cardiologist

Vertigo: constant vertgo is a sign of central or brain pathology and not peripheral or vestibular problem. It looks like you had previous head trauma which may be related and would benefit from evaluation by neurologist.
