Dizzy: You MAY have an infection or something going on w/a part of your inner ear that has to do w/balance called the cochlea. Please see your doctor.

Dizziness. : The dizziness along with your head heaviness could be consistent with labyrinthitis, which gives you a dizziness similar to vertigo with the addition of allergy-Type symptoms of headache, facial pains, nasal stuffiness and the like. But being this is different than your usual experience, you should see your local doc for consideration of testing and treatment.
