Dizziness, ear ringing, headache, noise sensitivity, and full on vertigo when laying down normal 4 days after falling and hitting head? saw bright light at time of impact, could not move head without extreme vertigo for several hours afterwards.

Evaluation : Please see urgent care for an examination and to determine if you need to see the Emergency Department. It is not uncommon to have these symptoms associated with a fall, but complications may occur. Avoid electronic devices and noise exposure.
