Bilateral hand rash: 28 year old gentleman with bilateral rash b wrists/thumbs. Occupation? What were you doing? Injury? Think of things you grasped or contacted with both hands. While it may be something as simple as a contact dermatitis, a full history/medications/allergies is needed if it does not go away. Many rashes involve then palms/soles diagnosed w/appearance&history. If infection or IV drug use see MD ASAP.
