woke up to red oval shape patch/rash on my hand-near thumb finger. does not itch, burn, or hurt. it's been 3+ hours since i woke up & it hasn't change?

If not clear, get ch: you may have come in contact with something that caused an irritation or it could be a contact allergic reaction or a superficial burn or a pressure mark. It is best if it does not clear up, to have it checked by a dermatologist or general physician
