Gad/ocd/ dep. sufferer. had a frightening anxiety/ocd attack four days after starting new birth control (yaz) and 20mg lexapro (started them at same time). won't be able to see psychiatrist for a week. should i stop the birth control and the lexapro?

Anxiety: do not stop anything. Sometimes there is an adjustment period when you start new medication, especially an antidepressant. Call the doctor and let him/her know what is going on, but stay on the medication until advised not to.
