Your opinion: i need help deciding whether to return to lexapro for gad and ocd or increase my current dose of prozac to 40mg. i know prozac is not approved for gad. i have heart ectopic beats that were controlled on lexapro but not well on prozac?

You did not say the reason why Rx was changed from lexapro to prozac. If lexapro was changed because of ineffectiveness so a higher dose of prozac is more appropriate.
