Also need D and...: All vegans need B12, ideally as methylcobalamin. Everyone in North America (except the deep South), vegan or not, needs Vit D in fall and winter, at least 5000 iu/day;most is from sheep wool but vegan forms available (though the sheep aren't harmed). Many need EPA/DHA; some folks can make it from hemp/flax oil but many can't; vegan sources available. I advise everyone take a multivit.-see comment:
