Asthma? Bronchitis?: That's too long for a cough or for repeated antibiotic treatment. Your influenza may have triggered an underlying problem. It's time for additional exams and tests to check out things like asthma and other causes of chronic cough. See your doctor, and don't accept yet another antibiotic prescription without further evaluation. If you're a smoker, do your best to stop.
