Lumps/enlarged nodes: An xray might help with the lump you feel on your sacrum. Groin nodes are always the largest ones we feel because that area just isn't clean & the nodes are constantly handling a lot of bacterial invaders. Neck nodes are also usually easy to feel, so don't panic. Your nodes may be normal, especially if they move easily. Worrisome symptoms include night sweats, fevers, unexplained weight loss.
