I wouldn't: I'd let them fade naturally. If these are from acne, simply be sure that your disease is under control -- your physician can help. It's not curable until it remits on its own, but it's always manageable. A chemical peel is more likely to hurt and will probably disappoint -- the pigment is in your dermis, which a peel cannot touch.
