Bp: For effective kidney perfusion I would shoot for 120-140 /70-80 or 85 and a heart rate of 60-80. It's important to avoid using antihypertensive medications that may worsen kidney function, elevate potassium levels dangerously or slow the heart rate too much. A nephrologist is best qualified to answer this question,however.
