Been running a low grade fever, that mostly occurs at night. been taking tylenol (acetaminophen) and aspirin, but not working. i was taking z pak. please advise?

Any other symptoms: Fever generally means there is infection or inflammation or less often malignancy present. If fever persists over a week, i recommend an examination by your md.
