Several: Cold symptoms plus allergy symptoms will respond to several: try oral antihistamine, nasal steroid spray and salt water sinus rinse. Can try oral decongestant as well.

Yes: You could get some relief, if you're not pregnant,by taking a combination antihistamine,decongestant medication like contac, allerest,etc and also temporarily use decongestant nasal spray like afrin. These reduce nasal congestion. Tylenol (acetaminophen) relieves headache. Your pharmacist can also recommend products that you could take.
