Probably.: Shouldn't be a problem as long as its regular Zyrtec (DO NOT attempt with Zyrtec-D) and you don't have any history of severe reactions with antihistamine. Also, another strategy might be to try an intranasal steroid (Flonase, Nasonex, (mometasone) etc) with a single Zyrtec to see if that helps. Good luck!
